My server won't start โ€” what do I do? โ–พ
Check the server console in your panel for error messages. Common causes are insufficient RAM for the selected modpack, or a corrupted world. Try restarting first, then check the logs.
How do I cancel my server? โ–พ
Log into the billing portal at billing.beyerhosting.com, go to My Services, select your server, and click Request Cancellation. You can choose immediate or end-of-billing-period cancellation.
Can I upgrade my RAM tier? โ–พ
Yes! Go to the billing portal, find your service, and select Upgrade/Downgrade. Your server will be updated and you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
I forgot my panel password โ€” how do I reset it? โ–พ
Go to panel.beyerhosting.com and click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Is there a refund policy? โ–พ
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase if you're having issues and we'll do our best to help.
My server is lagging โ€” what can I do? โ–พ
Lag is usually caused by too many players or mods for the available RAM. Try reducing view distance in server.properties, removing resource-heavy mods, or upgrading to a higher RAM tier.
